Set of Merry Christmas Wooden Tags.
Set of 5 or 10 luxury wooden gift tags, designed, engraved and cut in our family studio on our laser. Each tag is made from 1.6mm thick Basswood and measures 7.4cm x 4cm.

PROCESSING.
♡ Orders typically take 5-7 working days to design, create and dispatch after the date of ordering from our home studio.
♡ If you use the ‘Rush’ service at the checkout, we will put your order ahead of all other orders and aim to process and deliver in 1-3 working days.
♡ Your spelling and grammar is your responsibility, please double-check before ordering as we engrave/print your exact message (personalised items only).
♡ We will send a free proof image upon request – please allow extra time for order processing if you require a proof or photographs. You must message us (not leave a note to seller) to use either of these services.
PACKING & DELIVERY
♡ In a hurry? We have a ‘Rush’ service available (UK only). This puts your item ahead of all other orders and is sent as either Tracked 24 or 48 hr tracked, depending on which you choose. We aim to get this to you in 3 working days but cannot be held responsible if there are delays with Royal Mail. Tracked 24 delivers on weekends.
♡ Tracking is only provided when you select the tracked services.
♡ Please keep in mind it still takes us time to make your order, postage time is additional to the processing time.
♡ We are an Eco-friendly company and send items in eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.
♡ Please allow 0-7 days for your order to be made, and then 2-3 days for delivery within the uk, and overseas 10-12 days for delivery.
♡ All goods are sent 48 HR TRACKED if you have any concerns I suggest you select another postal service in the drop-down menu.
♡ For overseas, the goods are sent tracked by royal mail.

POLICES AND INFORMATION
♡ ISSUES: If there are any issues with your order, please get in touch – we pride ourselves on excellent customer service.
♡ RETURNS: If the item is personalised, we do not accept returns. If it is non-personalised, you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of receiving, in it's unopened, original packaging. We DO NOT cover the return postage fees.
♡ DELAYS: A replacement will be granted only if an item is more than 10 working days late (UK) as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, which are outside of our control. Postage times during Christmas and Courier Strikes may be considerably longer than shown. Please keep this in mind before purchasing and opt for our tracked or rush services if your item is needed for a certain date.
♡ Wood grain and colouring may vary slightly as wood is a natural product. Knots and blemishes may appear on your product, but we will ensure they do not interfere with any writing.
♡ All our wood if FSC certified sustainable. All our materials are eco-friendly.
